Processing time can vary by product, especially for pre-orders, handmade pieces and limited drops. The most current estimate will be shown on the product page before checkout.

Shipping

Available shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on the order and destination. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent when available.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are reserved before they are ready to ship. The expected ship window will be displayed on the product listing. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, fulfillment timing may depend on how the order is configured at checkout.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows a problem, or your package arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact page with your order number so we can review what happened.
